Just when you thought it was safe to go to sleep, the NFT world reminds you it never sleeps.
Or we should say Yuga Labs, creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, never sleeps.
Late on Friday night, Yuga dropped a teaser video featuring characters not only from Bored Apes and Mutant Apes, but also from other creators including CryptoPunks, Meebits, World of Women, Cool Cats, Nouns, and Toadz.
Some have suggested that the metaverse created by Yuga will be open to all NFTs. We’ll see.
The “Otherside” is coming in April as the splashy video with music from The Doors says (thanks Guy Oseary).
In the past week and a half, Yuga Labs has acquired the legendary CryptoPunks and Meebits, V1 Punks from Larva Labs, put an end to the copyright dispute over the V1 Punks, launched a new ApeCoin giving millions of dollars worth back to owners, and now dropped a cool video with cameos from other NFTs previewing what’s to come in April. WOW.
