UPDATE, 2:15 pm, Dec. 9, 2022: We compiled this overview of the 95-page Complaint: there are 5 state law claims and 5 federal claims against many defendants, based in part on allegations that Yuga Labs used celebrity promoters by exchanging Bored Apes for promoting their digital assets without public disclosure, including Yuga Labs’ NFTs and Apecoin, which are also alleged to be unregistered securities. We prepared these charts to help you digest the claims against which defendants.
